Biohazard - Blood Cleanup

This customer had an unfortunate accident that left blood on their closet mirror and in other areas.  This was a very traumatic situation for the customer and they could not move forward emotionally until the cleanup was completed.  In less than 24 hours from the time SERVPRO was contacted, our project manager was able to inspect the residence, complete an estimate and have a crew on-site to clean up the hazardous area.  The customer was thoroughly impressed at SERVPRO's response, quickness and professionalism.  When the customer walked into the room, they stated that it looked like it never even happened, which has always been SERVPRO's goal and motto.
