Loralei Langford

Loralei Langford serves as the Marketing Support Coordinator at SERVPRO of Fair Oaks/Folsom, a role she has held since 2022. Currently pursuing a Business Marketing degree, she is set to graduate in spring 2025. Loralei brings a wealth of experience in online marketing, having previously worked with local dance studios and schools. Her expertise spans digital outreach strategies, website management, social media, reviews, and web marketing, all of which contribute to elevating SERVPRO’s online presence and customer engagement.

Outside of her marketing role, Loralei is a passionate ballet teacher, holding a distinguished teaching certificate from the esteemed Cecchetti Ballet method. She has also earned accolades from advanced ballet examinations, reflecting her dedication to the art. Loralei’s creativity and commitment to both her professional and artistic pursuits make her a valuable asset to the SERVPRO of Fair Oaks/Folsom team.

Brandon Lee

Brandon Lee is the Production Manager at SERVPRO®, having joined the organization in 2024. With over five years of comprehensive experience in the restoration industry, his career includes pivotal roles as Lead Technician, Project Manager, and Project Estimator, equipping him with deep expertise in every stage of the restoration process. Brandon graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science, focusing on Human-Computer Interaction, from UC San Diego, where he also excelled as a recruited rower for the Crew Team. His credentials include IICRC Water Certification and OSHA HAZWOPER 40 Certification, underscoring his commitment to industry standards and safety. Brandon’s diverse background and extensive knowledge make him a key asset in overseeing and executing high-quality restoration projects at SERVPRO.

Douglas Scott

Douglas Scott, along with his wife Kelsey, has been at the helm of SERVPRO of Fair Oaks/Folsom since 2014. As co-owner, Doug is directly involved in handling large-scale restoration projects, including catastrophic events like hurricanes and wildfires. One notable example of his expertise is his role in managing recovery efforts following the devastating Camp Fire in Northern California in 2018. Doug is also focused on the long-term vision for the company, always planning its growth and strategic direction.

Doug is a certified professional, with qualifications from the EPA in Lead Paint Abatement and multiple certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in areas like Water Damage Restoration, Fire & Smoke Restoration, and Applied Structural Drying. Before joining the SERVPRO family, Doug served five years as a military police officer in the U.S. Army, including a 15-month tour in Baghdad. He later pursued business studies at Central Texas College, where he developed essential leadership and management skills.

Outside of work, Doug is passionate about outdoor activities, including skiing, fishing, and camping with his five children. He is inspired by his family and driven to create a better future for them, as well as for his team. Doug believes in fostering independence and self-learning within his staff, giving them the freedom to excel and contribute to the company’s success.

Kelsey Scott

Kelsey Scott is the co-owner of SERVPRO of Fair Oaks/Folsom, a role she has shared with her husband, Douglas, since 2014. In her position, Kelsey oversees both the operational and financial aspects of the business, managing large loss restoration projects during disaster responses and ensuring smooth account management, including daily transactions and final job billing. She also leads the company’s employee training programs, constantly identifying areas for skill development and improvement.

Kelsey holds several industry certifications, including as a Licensed General Contractor, an IICRC-certified technician in Water Damage Restoration and Fire & Smoke Restoration, and a Bio-Recovery Technician through the American Bio-Recovery Association (ABRA). Before entering the restoration field, Kelsey worked as a Veterinary Technician in an Emergency and Critical Care unit, reflecting her lifelong passion for animals. Her love of horses, which began at age two, remains a core part of her personal life.

Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys camping with her husband and their five children. She is driven by a passion for empowering others, especially her daughters, to demonstrate that women can excel in traditionally male-dominated industries. Kelsey is committed to providing exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns with care while ensuring her team is equipped to make informed decisions, always offering support and guidance when needed.

Arturo Guedea

Arturo is the General Manager at SERVPRO of Fair Oaks/Folsom, joining the team in January 2019. Over the past five years, he has earned multiple certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), including Water Restoration, Fire Restoration, and Biohazard Trauma and Cleanup. Arturo began his journey with SERVPRO as a production technician, quickly advancing to production manager, and now serves as the General Manager.

In his prior role, Arturo was responsible for coordinating communication with adjusters and customers, securing project approvals, assigning jobs to crew chiefs and technicians, and managing progress and scopes of work. He also led team training efforts to ensure that all team members understood their roles and responsibilities. Arturo is passionate about empowering his team to reach their full potential and believes in their ability to grow within the company.

Before joining the restoration industry, Arturo worked as a server and caregiver for elderly residents, gaining valuable interpersonal and customer service skills. Outside of work, he enjoys sketching realistic monochrome portraits, boxing (a sport he’s practiced since the age of 11), and playing the piano. Arturo is driven by a desire to help his team grow and to ensure customers have a positive and well-informed experience throughout the restoration process.

Kimberly Huynh

Kimmy is the Office Manager at SERVPRO of Fair Oaks/Folsom, joining the team in September 2020. In her role, Kimmy ensures the smooth operation of the office by overseeing administrative functions and customer service. She is responsible for managing job files, processing billing, and following up with both customers and insurance companies to ensure timely payment of outstanding balances.

Kimmy holds an IICRC certification in Water Damage Restoration, adding valuable expertise to her role. Prior to SERVPRO, she worked as a marketing coordinator for a digital signage company, where she developed her skills in communication and marketing strategy. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Sonoma State University and an M.S. in Advertising & Marketing from the University of Hull in England.

Outside of her work at SERVPRO, Kimmy enjoys dancing, painting, reading, and traveling whenever possible. She is motivated by the support of her family and the opportunity to engage in creative projects that connect marketing efforts to the company’s growth. Kimmy finds fulfillment in seeing her marketing strategies lead to customer satisfaction and long-term business success.
