Rain water into an apartment building

This client had a large amount of rain water come into their apartment building during a storm.  There was a remodel in-progress and their contractor left the slider door open all night.  Large amount of water flooded the unit and affected the drywall and light weight concrete floor.  Our experienced crews responded quickly and installed drying equipment to limit the water migration and expedite evaporation.  In less than 2 days, our crew saved most of the drywall, removed the ruined drywall and evaporated all the excess moisture from the light weight concrete floor.  The client was able to continue with their remodel and not miss their deadline for completion.
