Mold under Kitchen sink and cabinet

This customer discovered there was a leaking pipe under her sink and caused extensive mold damage to the cabinet, drywall and vinyl flooring.  She was very frustrated and did not know who she could trust to take care of this situation in her house.  The customer had been told by a friend that she could trust SERVPRO because they performed a great job at her house.  Our professionally trained project manager performed a thorough inspection and created a detailed scope of work to be performed.  After communicating the entire process to the customer, she allowed our experience crew to perform the mold remediation, which ended up being under budget!  The customer was very relieved and said she would be happy to recommend the SERVPRO Team to anyone who might need help.
