Residential Fire Damage

This customer had a fire on the side of their house from their trash cans.  The flames scorched the side of their house and broke the glass in their bathroom.  The smoke entered the bathroom window and covered everything in the house with a heavy layer of soot.  The homeowner was devastated and asked the SERVPRO team for help.  Our experience team thoroughly inspected to home to make sure their plan covered all necessary areas to eliminate the possibility of surprises down the road.  The team also knew part of their job was to make sure no soot odors persisted, which could cause a miserable living situation for the homeowner.  Residual odors can also cause the homeowner to be constantly reminded of the extremely stressful situation after the fire.  The professional SERVPRO crew quickly removed all traces of soot and odor from the home, so the homeowner could move forward with repairs and look forward to moving back into their home.
